"SIGN POST UP A HEAD: NEXT STOP, A HIDDEN LANDSCAPE"
Mark Sinker is editing an anthology, A Hidden Landscape Once A Week, subtitled, or with helpful cover addenda anyway, "How UK music writing became a space for unruly curiosity, in the words of those who made it happen." It's a kickstarter project (videos & lucidly detailed text; first check the trailer w groovy covers of Oz and International Times x voiceunder intro):
Frank Kogan also links it, w pointed comments as always:
And, speaking of that rock & roll "tumult," not to mention things getting "unruly," he's linked much audio of the panels that birthed this thing---Call The MIdwife indeed!
Also: the ILM thread Mark posted last year, with audio links and suitably messy comments by ILXORS incl. Yr. humble svt.
But wait, there's more!
His new thread about the anth itself---watch what happens and join in w your two cents (opinion-wise, that is; more for the cause please)
